The wine
Luigi Pira's Barolo Marenca shows a beautiful intense garnet red color in the glass. The nose is fresh, has a great complexity of aromas, from forest fruits, vanilla, chocolate, up to aromatic herbs. On the palate it is a very vigorous wine, rich in extracts, with lively, pleasant tannins, softened by the good use of wood. A powerful, intriguing, long-lived wine.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
