The wine
The vinification of Dolcetto d'Alba takes place in horizontal fermenters at a controlled temperature for about 6/7 days. The refinement lasts for 8/9 months in steel tanks. The color is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is young, fresh, with fruity and floral tones. The taste is harmonious and persistent, in its acid, tannic and alcoholic components. The finish is long and complex.
