The wine
The Cabernet Franc Didacus produced by Planeta has an intense ruby red color with orange reflections. On the olfactory examination it expresses fruity sensations and dried flowers with vegetal, spicy and balsamic notes. The sip is intense and full-bodied, with fine but well present tannins, the fruity and vegetal sensations are resumed. This Sicilian red wine is elegant and goes well with a good fillet of red meat or gourmet preparations.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
