The wine
A 100% Fiano wine, and deep, bright golden-yellow in colour. On the nose it appears refined and its floral and fruity aromas come to the fore along with mineral hints. On the palate it first offers some lively lime, broom and hawthorn aromas which give way to notes of mandarin, medlar, pineapple and honey. Elegant, complete, fresh and persistent, it concludes with a long and flavoursome finish.
