The wine
Planeta Rosé is an authentic pearl of the Sicilian wine scene. It has a seductive pale pink color with light veins that can change from a fuchsia to a bright strawberry red. The nose expresses hints of red berry fruit, especially Ribera and pomegranate strawberries, with floral and tropical aromas in the background. In the mouth it is fresh, non-alcoholic, smooth and soft, with a well balanced acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, fresh salads, seasonal fruit, fried fish and artichokes, pasta with fish eggs. Excellent with Sicilian cuisine specialties such as white fish carpaccio; pasta with sea urchins; Nebrodi black pig salami; chicken, olives and lemon salad; Pumpkin Sweet & Sour.

Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC
