The wine
The name of this wine is taken from the expression of the poet Allen Ginsberg who coined this term in 1965 in reference to the hippy counterculture of the sixties. Its characteristic is therefore the absolute simplicity and immediacy of drinking, the pale and bright pink color refers to a “Riviera” wine. From the classic pale pink color, it expresses notes of white pulp fruit on the nose followed by floral tones, in the mouth it shows ease of drinking and pleasantness. Ideal as an aperitif alone or in combination with platters, cold pasta or salads, rice, white meat, fish and cheeses; it is recommended to serve cold.
