Podere Fortuna Greto alla Macchia

Greto alla Macchia shows itself in the straw yellow glass with reflections that turn to orange. The nose expresses hints of ripe fruit, in particular white melon and peach and floral notes of broom. At the end there are almond and mineral references. The sip is velvety, harmonized by acidity and flavor. Excellent persistence. Perfect with fish or white meat dishes, as long as they are cooked following tasty recipes. Excellent with baked swordfish in pistachio crust.
