The wine
The name, Sardonico, originates from its ironic and irreverent character. Sardonic is the Mona Lisa's smile. This Maremma white wine has a straw yellow glass; the nose expresses intense and wide aromas. The sip is complex, structured, soft but at the same time fresh, persistent. Suitable for numerous combinations with fish dishes, first courses based on vegetables or fish, fresh or semi-mature cheeses, raw meat.
