The wine
Podere Ranieri's Solo Viognier is a white wine that tells how this international grape variety is well integrated into the Maremma terroir. It has a straw yellow color at sight; the nose expresses notes of great finesse and elegance, floral of white flowers, bergamot, saffron and black tea. The sip is fresh, savory and mineral. The finish is persistent and very clean with references to saffron. Excellent in combination with fish dishes, crustaceans, molluscs and fresh cheeses.
