The wine
In this wine the qualities of Merlot are fully expressed: balanced, with a pleasant tannin and an excellent alcohol content. Fruity notes of cherry, red-fleshed fruits and damask rose and violet, spicy touches with hints of leather and licorice also appear. Excellent flavor. Ideal for first and second courses based on meat, even complex and spicy, thanks to an enviable balance and extremely soft tannins.
