The wine
This wine owes its name to a cement egg where it is decanted and where malolactic fermentation takes place. It has a bright ruby red color on sight; the nose is broad and expresses hints of wet earth, tobacco, graphite and fruity notes. The tannins are velvety and persistent on the palate. Excellent in combination with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
