The wine
Straw yellow-green colored wine, Son of an ancient noble vine. When young it smells of peach / apricot. With evolution the tertiary notes of hydrocarbons are amplified. The taste is a vertical-savory-long wine. A modern product with moderate alcohol, fresh and crunchy. A white to combine with appetizers, savory first courses, spiced fish and delicate white meats.
