The wine
The white wine signed with the company name is a Catarratto, a native variety of Sicily, obtained from biodynamic cultivation. A full-bodied, balanced, fresh wine with a clean taste, good persistence on the palate and good aging capacity. In the glass it has a straw yellow color. It is enhanced with flavored fish dishes.
