The wine
The Mongrana of the Querciabella company is a typical Tuscan red wine; blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, expresses the typical characteristics of these vines and of the Maremma area. At the sight it has an intense and vivid ruby red color; fruity notes of blackberry and cherry intertwine with hints of tobacco and leather. The taste is full-bodied and intense, with good freshness and softness. Good mineral finish. Excellent with roast meat, stewed red meat, mushroom risotto and aged cheeses.
