Quintodecimo Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio

The Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio comes from the union of three white grape varieties: Greco, Falanghina and Fiano, which are already produced in the mono-varietal version at Quintodecimo. In this wine each of the united parts provides a contribution higher than their simple sum, creating the conditions for an olfactory and gustatory amplification of the wine and for its greater longevity. In the glass it has a straw yellow color. On the nose it expresses a bouquet of floral and exotic fruit scents, with interesting mineral touches. The sip is dry and full, velvety. The persistent aftertaste is excellent. Excellent to accompany fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
