The wine
Sasha Radikon Slatnik is an original and characteristic wine with an intense golden yellow color, slightly veiled. The sense of smell reveals a complex and persistent profile with hints of fruit, especially peach and apricot. The taste is broad, persistent and salty, at the same time slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. At the aftertaste hints of peach and apricot are perceived. We recommend serving it at the same temperatures as red wines and should not be kept in the refrigerator. It is excellent paired with strong dishes, from meat or tuna tartare, and fish skewers.
