The wine
Tsiska is an early ripening vine that gives wines among the most acidic in the Georgian panorama. The wine ferments for only seven days in contact with the skins, then refines for 12 months in qvevri buried outside the cellar. The proximity to the sea recurs in the glass with iodized notes accompanied by officinal returns. In the mouth the salty vein makes it very drinkable.
