The wine
The guarantee of quality offered by the renewed classic Ramón Bilbao Crianza is mainly down to the painstaking care taken with the vines and their ripening process. The plots are worked individually according to their respective conditions and harvested just as the fruit ripens. The grapes are then vinified separately in the winery to extract the maximum potential of each batch. It is not until the end that they are finally blended together to create one of the most versatile and well-balanced wines in Rioja, a smooth and harmonious wine sure to conquer any dining table.

What does this wine taste like?
Once poured into the glass, the wine appears a gleaming shade of garnet of medium depth and displays an intense nose of wild black fruits, liquorice and warm spicy notes of nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. As it passes through the palate, it’s noticeably tasty and balanced, with good acidity and perfectly integrated tannins. Via the retronasal passage, toasty notes are evident straight after the first sip.
