The wine
The Sauvignon Riserva Grici produced by the Friulian winery Renato Keber is a fresh and enveloping wine, exotic fruit, kiwi, passion fruit, yellow peach, citrus peel, aromatic herbs. The sip is soft, fresh, of considerable thickness with a very long aftertaste. Try it with lobster, green asparagus, risotto and tagliolini with aromatic herbs.
