The wine
Renato Ratti Dolcetto d'Alba Colombé shows a lively ruby red color with full violet reflections. The nose shows an intense aroma, with hints of cherry and ripe plum. On the palate it is balanced, fresh, rightly tannic, fragrant and vinous with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. An everyday wine for its moderate alcohol content and excellent freshness. Classic wine for the whole table, it likes Italian appetizers, first courses and fresh cheeses.
