The wine
Made from the indigenous varieties Mantonegro (60%) gargollassa (20%) and callet (20%), the result is a young, fresh and balanced rosé whose highlights are its red fruit aromas and its smooth lactic notes.
A pale pink colour, clean and bright, it offers for appreciation on the nose gentle notes of strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry and cream caramel. On the palate it appears smooth, fresh, refreshing and luscious. Providing great versatility for pairings, it is a particularly good accompaniment to aperitifs, pasta and rice dishes, salmon sushi and other Majorcan cuisine, such as the vegetable dish 'tumbet' and soups.
