The wine
The Chianti Classico Brolio Bettino di Ricasoli shows a beautiful ruby red color in the glass, hints of cherry, strawberry and balsamic notes on the nose. The entry into the mouth is soft and voluminous, with sweet and elegant tannins. The good acidity makes this wine long and persistent, enhancing our terroir. Perfect in combination with roast meat and game. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
