The wine
The Chianti Classico Riserva Brolio of the Ricasoli company is ruby red in color; evident red berries and black cherry on the nose, with light spicy and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is harmonious, with sweet tannins and elegant acidity. Strong and pleasant finish. Perfect in combination with red meat and game. Also excellent to accompany aged cheeses.
