The wine
Rippon's Sauvignon Blanc is a New Zealand white wine; to the eye it has a brilliant straw yellow color; on the nose mineral hints of rock and chalk and softer floral and fruity notes stand out. The sip is rich in citrus and mineral sensations. Excellent in combination with fish dishes, crustaceans, molluscs and fresh cheeses.
