The wine
Roberto Voerzio's Dolcetto d'Alba Priavino is a wine to be savored, upon visual examination it shows a beautiful bright ruby red color. The nose expresses intensity and fruity notes, in particular cherries, morello cherries and wild berries, also present herbaceous and vegetable hints. The sip is of great balance, with a very pleasant freshness. Enveloping tannic texture and rich finish. Perfect in combination with red meat, cold cuts, mushroom risotto. Great for a nice autumn Sunday lunch.
