The wine
The Nebbiolo Disanfrancesco di Voerzio nicknamed "the right" is the simplicity of tradition that meets freshness and acidity. At sight it has an intense ruby red color; the sensations on the nose are clear, with fresh fruity notes and vanilla and floral hints. At the sip balance reigns and the acid vein on the tannic texture make this pure Nebbiolo pleasant. Persistent and vanilla finish. Perfect in winter with polenta with sausage sauce, or with savory traditional dishes.
