The wine
Le Sughere di Frassinello is the second company label. It takes its name from the lush forests of cork oaks that protect the vineyards where Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are grown that give life to this Italian-French wine.
It dresses the glass in a festive ruby red color and adorns the walls of it with narrow arches and tears that flow slowly towards the base. The nose shows a complete and inviting bouquet between notes of cassis, plum, violet and lavender, cloves and sweet spices, chocolate and eucalyptus. The taste is full and full-bodied; it flows on the palate like velvet giving great satisfaction thanks to a dense tannic texture tamed enough by an irresistible softness.

The winery
Rocca di Frassinello
The Castellare Chianti area know-how applied to the immense Maremma terroir. A partnership with the Domaines Barons de Rothschild of Château Lafite for the winemaking management of the Bordeaux vineyards. A wonderful modern cellar designed by Renzo Piano. What more can you want in a glass of wine?
