The wine
The origins of this vineyard are uncertain. Some believe that they are in Alsace, others in the town of Termeno (Bolzano), others still in Wurttemberg, and finally in the Rhine valley. The name Traminer - Termeno in Italian - appears for the first time in 1349 in Konrad's "Book of Nature" Megenberg, dean of the cathedral of Regenburg, an ancient Franconian city in Germany.
At sight it has an intense straw yellow color; the aromatic profile promises to be very intense and aromatic, fruity, floral and vegetal, with notes of yellow pulp fruit, exotic fruit, rose and acacia flowers and some hints of aromatic herbs. Wine of great balance based on savory and fresh notes, supported by a great softness, excellent structure and important aromatic persistence, in which nuances of almond are recognized. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with all kinds of shellfish, white meats and cooked cheeses.
