Romanée-Conti La Tâche
2014Spec sheet
The wine
Nothing evokes La Tâche better than this famous portrait of Richelieu by Philippe de Champaigne in which the burning and angular authority of the Cardinal is expressed: the nervous hand is placed on the hilt of the sword, but it is drowned in a rich ermine and velvet case.
The Task is elegance and vigor. Under the frequent firmness of the tannins, the passion burns, controlled by an implacable elegance of court.
