The wine
Malvasia produced by the Roncús company is a mineral and delicate white wine produced in Venezia Giulia, elegant and fragrant. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose expresses floral and citrus notes, with hints of almond. The sip is fresh and savory characterized by aromaticity. Excellent in combination with fish dishes and sushi.
