Ruffino Chianti Rufina Fiasco

The Chianti Rufina Fiasco produced by Ruffino in the highest part of Chianti, characterized by steep slopes and lower temperatures, however with strong excursions. It originates narrow and elegant wines, unmistakable. At sight it has a beautiful fiery ruby red color, varietal notes stand out on the nose that lead to the very soul of Sangiovese: red branch fruits, in an austere and rustic dress of the purest Tuscan mold. A characteristic bouquet of violet and morello cherry followed by spicy and herbaceous notes. Dazzling wide and taut entrance, crossed by a graceful and sober tannic texture, not without a final svirgolata that lengthens the sip, leaving a feeling of imperious freshness. Its particularly straight texture acclaims it as a companion to fried, pasta and white meats, but it is sensational with generous cacciucchi.
