Ruggeri Prosecco L'Extrabrut

Sparkling wine with a beautiful straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections and a lively and very fine perlage. The nose is fragrant and fruity, with fresh notes of golden apple and white peach, delicately floral with slight nuances of acacia flowers and citrus hints. In the mouth it enters dry, perfectly dry, offering good structure and a strong flavor which, blending splendidly with the acidic structure, makes it a very pleasant and fresh wine. Its long finish is enlivened by aromatic tones that return retronasally. Excellent as an aperitif, drunk either alone or as an accompaniment to fish-based appetizers or tempura with courgette flowers and vegetables in general. It is also an extraordinary table wine paired with first courses with vegetables and seafood, fish specialties in general or delicate white meat preparations.
