The wine
It has a greenish, bright color, furrowed by a minute and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense, very fine and fruity; there are clear hints of golden apple on a floral background. It is dry, fresh and slender, soft and well balanced, with good aromatic persistence and a pleasantly fruity finish. It is a classic aperitif wine that is well suited to fish, crustacean and mollusc appetizers.
