The wine
Ruiz de Cardenas Blanc de Blanc is one of those bubbles that never tires, capable of being sipped on every occasion with extreme pleasure. It shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with a very fine perlage. The perfume reveals intense citrus and floral scents, with a note of balanced minerality on the finish. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, with a marked minerality, rich in citrus references, well balanced. Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal, except with desserts and fruit.
