The wine
The Russiz Superiore Sauvignon Riserva is a Friulian white wine that is straw yellow in the glass with bright and golden reflections. The nose expresses intense and inviting aromas of yellow pulp fruits and vegetal hints of herbs such as thyme and sage. There are also spicy memories. The sip is structured and harmonious, fresh and savory but also soft and enveloping. Perfect in combination with vegetable and fish preparations.
