Russolo Doi Raps

Russolo Doi Raps is a white wine of rare elegance and freshness, of a deep straw-yellow color. The nose reveals warm and intense aromas that immediately bring to mind ripe fruit scents. In the mouth it is pleasantly soft, round, well supported by an excellent acidic shoulder and overall of great elegance. Closes with a nice return on the fruit before a final clean and excellent persistence. Soft and enveloping, it is a wine to pair with first courses based on shellfish, such as linguine with lobster. Also excellent as an aperitif.
