The wine
Vermentino di Sardegna produced by the Sa Raja winery is an intense and vertical white; at sight it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses hints of fruit and flowers and mineral notes reminiscent of the sea. On the palate it is savory, mineral and straight. It goes well with an entire meal with a seafood menu.
