The wine
Trebbiano from the Poggio Piglia estate and Vermentino, fruit of the collaboration with the biodynamic company Incontri di Suvereto, interpreted through fermentation and maturation in steel and unfiltered, for an "all fruit" experience made even more attractive by the use of grapes only ( no addition of sulphites, selected yeasts, tannins or anything else you can imagine). As innovative as it is simple to understand, Obvius is a wine that wants to explore new frontiers of taste, in a modern cultural context, where the precision of aromas and in general the reliability of the wine over time are among the essential elements.
