The wine
Made from strains of Monastrell over 30 years. Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot for more than 10 years. Cultivated, at 680 meters of altitude, on poor soils in organic matter, stony limestone on surface on deeper black sand areas.
It offers a bright cherry red color. Very fruity nose, intense notes of black fruit, (blackberries, plums) harmonized with subtle spices, hints of chocolate and nuts. Good volume in the mouth, silky but enveloping tannins, in a fresh and balanced set with a persistent finish.
