The wine
An unexpected wine for those who already have 'their' idea of a dolcetto. It requires opening up to new perspectives. Initially closed in perfumes, it opens with discretion and continuity, maintaining a great freshness and a constant note over time. Ethereal aromas on a base of red fruits, blackberry, raspberry, pomegranate, plum with hints of star anise and ink. Tannins with a fine texture and a slightly mineral finish.
