Tertiary notes contrast with still fresh scents while the length is released in the mouth along the entire palate in an upward tension. Still centered on grapes coming mostly from the San Fereolo vineyards, characterized by the typical tannic vein of the area, with a traditional winemaking brought to dryness without residues in a linear and regular way.
