San Polo Rosso di Montalcino

San Polo Rosso di Montalcino is a fresh and well-structured wine with a brilliant ruby red color. The nose releases aromas attributable to small fresh fruits and light cherry, together with hints of blackberries and black cherries, followed by a pleasant hint of vanilla. Good intensity and fragrance. On the palate it is warm, soft, of medium structure and with balanced tannins. Harmoniously dry, it is endowed with strength, freshness and good aromatic persistence. It goes well with typical Tuscan dishes with a pure and decisive taste, with pasta and risotto with mushrooms or truffles, with pork, mixed grills and medium-aged cheeses.
