The wine
After fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, it ages for one year in our cellars. In 30 hl barrels. After a year of aging it is assembled and then rests for another six months in the bottle. An Aglianico with a clean and impeccable style, pleasant to drink because it is flexible, fresh and at the same time soft.
