The wine
Manual harvest in small plastic crates. The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed, brought to 4 ° C and cryomacerated for 6 hours. After fermentation in steel vats at a very low temperature, it is refined for 6 months on its fine lees. A typical Falanghina, fragrant and delicate, of great versatility at the table and as an aperitif.
