The wine
Produced from 100% Fiano grapes. The vineyard is located at 550 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Stio, in the Cilento national park. Manual collection in small plastic boxes. The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed and brought to 4 ° C, cryomacerated for 6 hours. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at very low temperature, it ages for 6 months on its fine lees.
