San Venanzio Valdobbiadene Brut

Straw yellow; the color shines thanks to an excellent integration of persistent perlage and foam. The perfume is clean; the hints of green apple and pear stand out with aromatic notes of great freshness. In the mouth it is continuous and lively; the very slight initial sweetness expresses a good balance. It is Valdobbiadene for the whole meal. Excellent with fish, crustaceans and seafood, but also with vegetable appetizers, light and delicate first courses and white meats.
