The wine
The Sant'Orsola Cuvée Brut Master C27 is a very pleasant and quality sparkling wine; to the eye it has a bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent foam. From the olfactory point of view it is an elegant wine, composed of notes of yellow pulp fruit (peach and apricot) and floral scents. the sip is large, very balanced between acidity and freshness. It entices you to drink it. Perfect in combination with any meal, excellent with fish and delicate dishes.
