The wine
Sant'Orsola Cuvée Rosa Extradry is a very pleasant and inviting rosé sparkling wine. At sight it has a bright salmon pink color; the olfactory profile is composed of fragrant floral and fruity notes. The taste is lively, fresh and balanced. Ideal to accompany an aperitif, it also goes well with light fish dishes and shellfish.
