The wine
Sangiovese Selvarella is a Tuscan red wine produced in Montalcino by the Santa Maria company and obtained from 100% Sangiovese. A genuine wine tied to the land it comes from. Excellent complexity and good character. At sight it has a ruby red color. On the nose, hints of red fruit, spice and earth are perceptible. The sip is enveloping and warm, with an excellent tannic texture. Perfect in combination with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
