The wine
The grapes suitable for giving Cala Silente come from the Vermentino vineyards with the best exposure, plant density and production per vine. Straw yellow with bright green-gold reflections, it has a complex and intense aroma with hints of apple, peach and citrus. Of natural gustatory persistence, it stands out for its particular finesse and balance. It accompanies fish and white meat dishes enriched with spices and sauces with good aromatic characteristics.
